So at 38 weeks, my smush-nosed fetus is taking his time coming out, ruining all our lives and eating all our steak. Well, not really, but I sure am uncomfortable! I thought these pictures (taken about 3 weeks ago) were me at my hugest, but, boy, was I wrong:
Meanwhile, my feet transition each day from normal to freakish, particularly the right ankle for some reason:
We've been keeping busy though, living the last days of life as we know it. In September, we went to a Nationals (Senators) game with Mikey to see Raf's old bud Tommy Kohler... not pitch. It was a gorgeous day, ending in a fine trip to Wegman's:
We've managed to get to the beach a few times. The tiny black speck way up at the dunes avoiding the waves is Maddy:
The pets are already having quite a time adjusting:
The rest of my time is spent eating ice cream, sharpening my photo-taking skills (planning a new blogging project coming soon!), and preparing baby items:
Finally, we celebrated our second anniversary. Has it really been that long?!
Our life as two is nearly done, but as a wise man once said... Meh, we've had a good run.
